Insurance Office of America (IOA) in California is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client service support to the account team, producer, and assigned accounts. You will help manage policy administration, renewals, billing, and coverage analyses while ensuring accuracy and timely response.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of customer service in insurance, active P&C licensing, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Work with minimal direction from an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Producer to ensure production and quality standards are met.
• Independently resolve moderately complex customer service problems and manage smaller-sized accounts.
• Maintain policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
