Job summary

AIC Inc. is seeking a skilled sales/account administration professional in Walnut, CA to drive customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment. You will manage orders, coordinate with product and production teams, and ensure timely communications with clients.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking abilities, plus Mandarin-English bilingual capabilities in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• General administration duties, including but not limited to: order processing, problem solving, assisting RMA returns, account receivables, and logistics.
• Managing and coordinating project schedules and timelines with the product manager and production team.
• Process sales orders and perform inventory check on ERP system in a timely matter.
• Relay appropriate information to customers.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems within a timely manner.
• Follow up customer inquiries and provide quotations.
• Follow up with the vendors on shipment schedule, quotation, and inventory check.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
