Job summary

A leading communication firm in Seattle is seeking a Mid-Senior level professional to manage customer communication from RFQ to production. Key responsibilities include cost negotiation, cross-team coordination, and maintaining relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in the OEM or Consumer Electronics Industry. Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with customers, from RFQ stage through mass production phase;
• Cost negotiation with understanding of BOM cost breakdown analysis;
• Work closely with operation team in communicating build schedule/cost/mass production capacity planning;
• Monitor supply risks and coordinate cross-functional team support in case of shortages, elevate key issues to top management if necessary;
• Active meetings with customers regarding project status/engineering issues/future opportunities;
• Establish and maintain all level of relationships both internally and externally.

Job Requirements

• Good command in both written and oral English, Chinese mandarin is a plus;
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above;
• 5+ years working experience in OEM/Consumer Electronics Industry, project management, supply chain management;
• Understanding of BOM cost structure and basic understanding of DFM;
• Strategic mindset;
• Able to work under tight deadlines and dynamic environment.
