A fast-growing organization in the waste management and recycling sector is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team.

This role is critical to securing and managing recurring, high-volume streams of reusable materials, ensuring that supply aligns with customer demand. By working closely with suppliers across multiple industries, you’ll help divert reusable packaging and materials from the waste stream, creating value far beyond traditional recycling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new supplier partnerships through targeted outreach.
• Source and secure recurring supply of reusable packaging and materials.
• Evaluate opportunities to ensure optimal yield and quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to match supply with customer demand.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve issues quickly.
• Track sourcing activity and report on supplier performance.
• Support quality and compliance across the sourcing process.

What You’ll Bring
