Your Jared is seeking an Account Manager – IT Staffing to build and nurture relationships with existing clients, take job orders, and coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill openings.

You will speak with recruited candidates about opportunities, drive placements to close by negotiating offers, and enjoy a culture that prioritizes work‑life balance, unlimited PTO, and team outings.

Account Manager – IT Staffing Description:

• Account Managers do not cold call, we have a sales team for that.
• Account Managers form relationships with existing clients.
• Account Managers take job orders from existing clients, share the job requirements

  with the recruitment team, speak with recruited candidates about job openings and

  drive placements to close by negotiating offers.

• Account Managers have the luxury of prioritizing their own accounts, client

  relationships and job orders – no micromanaging and innovation/ creativity is encouraged!

Account Manager – IT Staffing Benefits:

• We provide competitive pay in Base + Commission structure: First year earnings are around $100K and second year earnings is around $100K – $130K. Third year and beyond is about $130K – $150K. (These are just general estimates as it is highly dependent on production)
• We pay 100% of health benefits + dental + life insurance. We also have vision available for a low cost.
