Your Role

To support and manage the client team to deliver innovative, insightful, and value‑added solutions in response to their brand challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for multiple client accounts, handling requests promptly and proactively problem‑solving as needed.
  • Oversee internal and external project management, including timelines, status updates, meeting preparation, and supporting the client to lead on larger projects.
  • Manage the client procurement process, including tracking hours, estimating costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
  • Foster and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams such as Design, Strategy, New Business, and Finance.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our core product and service offers in order to proactively identify new opportunities for growing existing accounts.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2+ years in client services or account management within a creative, branding, advertising, or integrated marketing agency environment; proven track record of managing mid to large scale brand or campaign projects.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate client business objectives into strategic, insight‑led creative briefs and deliverables that drive measurable impact.
  • Project Leadership – Confident in leading cross‑disciplinary teams, ensuring deliverables are on‑brief, on‑time, and on‑budget.
  • Communication – Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal teams.
  • Problem‑Solving – Proactive in anticipating challenges, resolving issues quickly, and guiding clients through decision‑making with confidence.
  • Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
  • Commercial Acumen – Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and scoping; able to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Adaptability – Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment with shifting priorities and diverse client needs.
