Who We Are: At FutureBrand, our mission is to create a more positive world through branding. And doing so is our passion. Every day, everywhere, brands impact our lives and the decisions we make, from our health, money, and home to the energy we consume, the resources we use, and how we connect with the world around us. The most successful brands create positive, sustainable change, for today, and for the future. Internally, we are building a culture that is aligned to our values of being progressive, adaptable, collaborative, and empowering. Our community is one that celebrates everyone’s individuality and provides an equitable culture where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.
We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to lead and grow some of our most important client partnerships. This is not a traditional account role. You will operate as a strategic business partner with a consultant mindset, someone who can navigate complexity, connect dots across disciplines, and unlock new opportunities for both our clients and our business. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and commercial impact, bringing clarity to ambiguity and momentum to ideas.
