Staffmark is hiring an Account Manager in New Iberia, LA. The role focuses on managing corporate accounts, supporting collections, and upholding excellent customer service in a team-driven environment.

You will review credit, generate invoices, monitor aging, and follow up on past-due balances while maintaining accurate records. This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively follow up on collections via phone and email to reduce past-due balances and DSO.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation.
• Open new accounts, review existing accounts, and resolve customer disputes collaboratively.

Pay: $19-$20 per hour | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
