Overview

CBM, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team - joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

We are passionate about our clients’ success in Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating with the Sales team to follow agency procedures for handling client accounts related to:
  • New Business
  • Renewals
  • Endorsements
  • Cancellations
  • Audits
  • Billing/Financing
  • Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
  • Payments
  • Customer Service
    • Provide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
    • Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
    • Immediately address any customer’s concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve.
    Qualifications
    • High School diploma / GED required with a minimum of 2+ years of industry-related experience
    • Property and Casualty license required (Personal Lines Experience preferred)
    • Applied Epic experience preferred
    • General knowledge of insurance laws
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
