Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Houma, LA is seeking a full-time Account Manager to handle sales and rental of furniture, appliances and electronics. You will manage customer accounts, coordinate deliveries and pickups, and help maintain high service standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred), 1 year of customer service experience (preferred), and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience of 1 year preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers in person and by phone.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent furniture, appliances and electronics.
• Manage customer accounts and collections.
• Talk, listen and communicate clearly with customers in person and on the phone.
• Deliver and pick up merchandise to and from customers' homes.
• Assist with cleaning and refurbishing of previously rented merchandise.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
