Job summary

Superior Rent to Own in Houma, LA is hiring a full-time, customer-focused Sales Associate. You will handle sales and rental of furniture, appliances and electronics, manage customer accounts, and assist with deliveries and pickups. You must communicate clearly, work under pressure, maintain a valid driver's license, and have at least a High School diploma.

Prior customer service experience is preferred. The role includes punctual attendance, refurbishing returned merchandise, and opportunities

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers in person and by phone.
• Maintain a valid drivers' license and good driving record
