Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Houma, LA is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to safely transport and install home furnishings and electronics. You will load and secure merchandise, ensure timely deliveries, demonstrate products to customers, and assist with showroom/warehouse upkeep.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 pounds; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Availability Monday through Saturday and overtime as needed are expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all merchandise is clean and in excellent operating condition prior to delivery.
• Load, secure and protect products in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise.
• Ensure delivery schedule is followed in a safe and timely manner.
• Offload, install and demonstrate merchandise with customers with a positive attitude.
• Perform routine service calls, product exchanges and assist with merchandise returns.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise is in working order.
• Safely operate company vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom floor and store’s warehouse by moving merchandise.
• Occasional collections assistance when needed.
• Assist in field marketing programs.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly
