Job summary

FM & HVAC Recruitment Inc is seeking an Account Manager to oversee facilities and property management for a major corporate client in the Dallas market. The role combines facilities operations, property management, and client leadership, with a base salary of $130,000–$150,000 plus annual bonus.

You will lead teams, manage vendors, drive financial performance, and build strong client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance across building operations and workplace services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities or property management experience.
• Experience in both facilities management and commercial property management preferred.
• Experience managing teams, vendors, and client relationships.
• Experience with budgets and financial reporting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client and operational leader for the account.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, repairs, and projects.
• Manage employees, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Develop relationships with client and property management stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, operating expenses, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, work orders, and overall account performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular operational and financial updates to leadership.
• Support account growth and identify additional service opportunities.

Location: Dallas, TX – Coppell / Southlake area

Compensation: $130,000–$150,000 base + annual bonus

We are conducting a search for an experienced Account Manager to oversee facilities and workplace services for a major corporate client in the Dallas market.

Our client is a global leader in commercial real estate services and integrated facilities management, providing solutions across building operations, engineering, maintenance, property management, and workplace services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management combined with commercial property management experience and the ability to lead teams, manage vendors, build client relationships, and drive operational and financial performance.
