As an Outside Sales | Account Manager, your duties will include:
- Meeting sales targets to increase revenue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with personal injury law firms to expand our attorney referral base.
- Taking lawyers, paralegals, and case managers out to lunches, dinners, and meetings to grow and maintain relationships with personal injury firms.
- Attending legal events, networking events, and trade shows to meet attorneys and paralegals.
- Making contacts via inside sales using our CRM software, in addition to face-to-face meetings.
- Maintaining records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
- Educating law firms on how our services can benefit them and their clients.
- Planning, follow-up, and closing deals by working with law firm personnel to facilitate the collection and prompt return of necessary documents.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- At least 2 years of inside or outside sales experience.
- Proven success in building relationships, meeting goals, and delivering results.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and utilize performance metrics.
- Familiarity with MS Office and Salesforce preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- High energy, ambition, and reliability, with a positive demeanor.
- Comfort in cultivating relationships in social settings.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

- Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commissions ranging from $15,000 to $55,000 per year, with no cap for high performers.

Experience in personal injury law and outside sales is preferred. Training begins immediately, and quick learners may start meeting with attorneys within a week.
Cases are approved within hours of receiving funding requests, with underwriting taking a few hours, followed by document signing via DocuSign. Funding can be completed in 1-2 days.
New representatives will be assigned a small book of business.
