Join us as an Account Manager for BMC Helix! Within BMC's industry-leading Digital Services and Operation Management product line, we have many interesting SaaS products, including Agentic AI, Predictive IT Service Management, Automatic Discovery of Inventories, and Intelligent Operations Management. As an Account Manager, you will own a territory, driving market demand into some of the most prestigious enterprise customers and new logo accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business within our growth enterprise accounts by building an effective pipeline and executing a value selling process, while exceeding targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers throughout the full sales cycle, supported by top Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, and a full ecosystem dedicated to customer centricity.
  • Increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC maintain its Market Leader position as the Business Owner of your territory.
  • Represent BMC as a brand ambassador, building trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate in solving everyday problems.
