The Account Manager role involves developing new prospects and engaging with existing customers to increase sales for the CPI Healthcare North America product line. This is a field sales position requiring interaction with customer contacts at various organizational levels.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the growth plan focusing on sales and EBITDA for the CPI Healthcare North America segment.
  • Develop and execute business plans supporting budget and strategic goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs to inform Berry’s strategies for profitability and growth.
  • Anticipate market trends and customer needs to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to meet business targets.
  • Utilize market and competition data to identify opportunities for increased market share.
  • Suggest and support product development based on customer feedback and market research.
  • Develop and implement key account strategies to drive growth and innovation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of outside sales experience in Healthcare or related markets.
  • Preferred West Coast location (remote work possible).
  • Results-driven self-starter with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Innovative with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner of new products and technologies.
