Job summary

LOST MARY is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to build relationships with retailers and ensure brand presence across the assigned region in the United States.

You will travel regularly to vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners, providing product education and supporting local campaigns.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to gathering market feedback and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 2–3 years in territory management or field support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial.

• Conduct regular visits to accounts to build relationships, ensure brand presence, and provide ongoing support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail stores, vape shops, wholesalers, and distribution partners within your territory.
• Assist in executing local campaigns, events, and promotions such as Cash & Carry events and Happy Hours.
• Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights.
• Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory.
• Monitor brand compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 2–3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable traveling regularly within your assigned region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial.
