Job summary

LOST MARY is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee accounts in the Chicago region. You will travel to vape shops, retailers, and distributors, acting as the main contact to support brand presence and local campaigns.

Strong communication and organization are essential, with Mandarin proficiency a plus. In this role you will visit stores, report market feedback, ensure displays and stock levels, and coordinate with teams on inventory and growth opportunities, while maintaining regulatory

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to accounts to build relationships, ensure brand presence, and provide ongoing support.

• Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and store-level insights.
• Ensure merchandising standards are upheld, with current promotional displays and properly stocked inventory.
• Monitor brand compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Provide product education and training to retail staff to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate inventory needs, field performance, and growth opportunities.

Key Qualifications

• :Bachelor degree or above
• .2–3 years in territory management, field support, or customer-facing roles (vape or CPG industry experience is a plus)
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• .Professional proficiency in Mandarin would be an avantage
• .Organized and self-driven, with strong attention to detail
• .Comfortable traveling regularly within your assigned region
• .Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• .Familiarity with vape industry products or regulations is beneficial
