Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a Manager I, Account Management to lead a team of 3-5 account managers in Atlanta. You will drive day-to-day support, strategic account goals, and contract negotiations while strengthening client relationships and serving as a primary contact.

You will develop direct reports, provide data-driven insights, collaborate with product and tech teams, and seek opportunities to expand revenue through new products and promotions. Travel up to 20% as directed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or 8+ years account management experience.
• Background in account management, loyalty and rewards marketing and/or product development.
• Experience managing medium to large national accounts in a technology or software company preferred.
• Experience recruiting, developing and coaching direct reports to achieve goals and conduct reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 account managers and associate account managers.
• Work on day-to-day support and strategic execution of account goals, including contract negotiations.
• Build and strengthen client relationships and serve as a primary contact for InComm.
• Create and execute a professional development plan for direct reports.
• Provide thought leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve desired results.
• Grow account revenue through product expansion, promotions and program implementations.
• Penetrate accounts by selling new products and building relationships with decision makers.
• 20% Travel and client visits/tradeshow attendance as directed by Senior Director.
