Job summary

Verst Group Logistics Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Associate to support assigned accounts and manage day‑to‑day requests. You will interact with internal departments, maintain customer records, and prepare reports and paperwork for customers and management.

Responsibilities include processing orders in the ERP, handling inquiries, coordinating with production and shipping, invoicing, tracking inventory, and maintaining accurate account summaries.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience using ERP systems for order processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments
• Proficient in Excel and data entry accuracy

Responsibilities

• Support customers and maintain relationships by researching and responding to inquiries and issues about orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory.
• Input customer orders into the ERP system and generate related paperwork for customers and internal teams.
• Review forecast demand and monitor inventory levels while coordinating with suppliers and production teams.
• Prepare and distribute account production plans and participate in customer meetings as needed.
• Invoice customers on schedule, manage aging invoices, and maintain accurate account summaries.
