Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, billing, or related operations.
• Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, freight brokerage, or similar service-based environment preferred.
• Knowledge of freight-related documentation (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, invoices).
• Comfortable handling a high volume of client, carrier, and partner calls.
• Ability to review financial and operational documents accurately and independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support to clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams by phone and email.
• Serve as primary contact for invoices, payments, account status, documentation requirements, and service requests.
• Review and verify freight documentation (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, invoices).
• Identify missing or conflicting documentation and coordinate corrections with clients or carriers.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including payment tracking and reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, aging, and unresolved account issues.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, duplicate invoices, or payment-processing concerns.
• Coordinate internally to ensure carrier payments and client account activity are processed accurately and on time.
