Job summary

Pioneer FCU seeks an Account and Loan Processor (Member Services Representative) for the Hailey, ID branch. The role greets members, explains services, opens accounts, assists with loan applications, and processes disbursements while guiding members to appropriate teams.

The candidate will analyze credit reports, upsell products, handle deposits and loan payments, and maintain accurate documentation, always upholding confidentiality and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent public relations skills, knowledge of Credit Union services and products, organizational skills, accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain consumer and business accounts and loans.
• Analyze credit reports to deepen member relationships and cross-sell Pioneer products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Sell money orders and cashier's checks; transfer funds as directed.
• Balance daily transactions; ensure cash recycler accuracy at closing.
• Protect member confidentiality and Pioneer’s reputation; follow security policies.
