The role emphasizes analyzing credit reports, cross-selling opportunities, accurate documentation for audits, and protecting member information while delivering friendly, trustworthy service to every member. Experience and a HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent public relations and communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Open and perform maintenance on consumer and business accounts and loans.
• Analyze credit reports, looking for opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Assist members with loan applications and disbursements; provide guidance on products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; verify signatures and funds.
• Ensure documents are accurate for auditing and protect member information.
