Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships.
• Process and manage customer orders from inquiry through production and delivery, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and timelines.
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics to ensure orders meet quality standards and ship on time.
• Monitor order progress, communicate updates, and resolve issues before delivery impact.
• Enter and maintain data in the order management system with data integrity for orders, quotes, and inventory.
• Utilize order management system to create/update specifications, enter orders, monitor inventory, and run internal/external reports.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities and capturing customer feedback.
