Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to grow sales within existing accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships to sell additional products and services.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, collaborating with Customer Service to expand market share, and conducting client meetings. Expect to meet weekly activity targets and participate in comprehensive sales training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and a CRM.
• Outside B2B sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Must drive personal vehicle with auto insurance per UniFirst standards.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory.
• Identify opportunities with existing clients and offer additional services and products.
• Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to grow market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients.
• Achieve 80 activities per week: 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, 1 sale.
