UniFirst Corporation is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to grow existing client relationships and increase sales within a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm client relationships to upsell products and services, driving organic growth and profitability.

The role focuses on strategic client engagement, presenting solutions, and meeting activity targets while benefiting from UniFirst's industry-leading training, robust benefits, and a strong, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
• Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services, products and solutions.
• Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to grow our market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Achieve 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations and 1 sale.
