UniFirst is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative in Medley, FL to grow sales within existing accounts. You will leverage established relationships to expand products and services across a dedicated territory.

This full-time role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, local travel, comprehensive benefits, and on-going sales training. Travel is local; success is measured by activity goals and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Proficiency with mobile tech, Microsoft Office, and CRM.
• Outside B2B sales or route sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and leveraging partnerships to offer added services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to grow market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Achieve 80 activities per week including meetings and sales targets.
