Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to grow sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated Florida market territory. Leverage warm client relationships to drive additional product offerings and profitability.

You will collaborate with the Customer Service team, conduct client meetings, and execute a weekly activity plan, including presentations and sales, to expand UniFirst’s footprint in the region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts and upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services and solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to grow market share.
• Conduct presentations with potential clients as needed.
• Achieve a target of activities per week including meetings, presentations and sales.
