Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a motivated, self-driven Customer Development Representative to increase sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships with current customers to grow organic revenue by selling additional products and services.

Responsibilities include working with the Customer Service team to boost market share, conducting client meetings, and meeting weekly activity targets while earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM
• Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred
• Individuals driving personal vehicles for business must meet auto insurance requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services, products and solutions
• Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to grow market share
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
• Achieve 80 activities per week: 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, 1 sale
