Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to grow sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships with customers to expand product and service offerings and increase overall profitability.

You will conduct presentation meetings, identify opportunities, and work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies for expanding market share.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM
• Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred
• Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes must meet auto insurance requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services, products and solutions
• Work with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to grow market share
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed
• Achieve 80 activities per week: 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, 1 sale
