Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a motivated Customer Development Representative to increase sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships to drive organic growth and profitability by selling additional products and services.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities with current clients, collaborating with the Customer Service team, and delivering presentations to potential clients as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s or associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with mobile technology, Microsoft Office, and CRM.
• Outside B2B sales or route sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services and solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to develop strategies to grow market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed.
• Achieve 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations and 1 sale.
