Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a motivated and self-driven Customer Development Representative to increase sales within existing customer accounts in a dedicated market territory. You will leverage warm relationships to grow organic revenue by selling additional products and services, while collaborating with the Customer Service team to expand market share.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's or associate's preferred.
• Proficiency with mobile technology, Microsoft Office, and CRM.
• Outside B2B sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Personal vehicle use for business requires minimum auto insurance per policy.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with existing clients and offer additional products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to grow market share.
• Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients.
• Achieve 80 activities per week: 8 meetings, 3 presentations, 1 sale.
