UniFirst is seeking a proactive Customer Development Representative to grow sales within existing accounts and a defined market territory. You will leverage established relationships to drive growth and profitability by selling additional products and services.

The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and collaborating with support teams to expand market share across assigned customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Mobile Technology, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM.
• Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience preferred.
• Drivers must meet UniFirst auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities and offering additional services and solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to grow market share.
• Conduct presentations with potential clients as needed.
• Achieve 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale.
