Xplor is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of SMB clients and drive retention, renewal and expansion across 1-3 locations.

You will lead scalable nurture campaigns to boost product adoption, act as the product expert for Xplor MarianaTek, and translate client challenges into proactive risk mitigation and value realization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer health, deliver creative solutions, and reduce churn while promoting growth opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts (1-3 locations) focusing on retention and growth.
• Execute full sales cycle for renewals, upsells, and value-added services.
• Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and drive product adoption.
