Emprise Bank in Wichita, KS is seeking an Account Expert to join our Customer Experience team in Wichita, KS. The role provides administrative support, handles customer requests, account support, and consultative selling in the contact center.

A successful candidate will have exemplary customer service experience, confident communication skills, initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to our values. Hours are 40 per week with varied shifts Mon-Fri and rotating Saturday.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of bank experience required.
• Proficiency with large server based applications and Microsoft Office products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for customers on account inquiries.
• Monitor, process, and complete transactions and documentation per customers request.
• Monitor electronic communication from multiple digital channels.
• Apply product and market knowledge to create solutions for customer objectives.
