Job summary

3Search is seeking an Account Executive in New York to drive inbound and outbound sales opportunities and build tailored pricing proposals for prospective clients. You'll onboard under experienced sales leaders with real-time coaching, earning uncapped residual commissions from day one during training.

Based in Herald Square / Penn Station, the role offers a $70,000 base salary plus commission, with clear pathways to mentorship and progression as the team grows in the payments space.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for sales with the ambition to build a long-term career.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with confidence speaking to prospective clients.
• A positive, coachable mindset and the desire to continuously improve.
• Ability to work full-time from the New York office, Monday to Friday.
• Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential; recent graduates and SDRs ready to step into an AE role are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound sales opportunities allocated through internal lead generation campaigns.
• Review merchant processing statements and build tailored pricing proposals for prospective clients.
• Work closely with senior sales professionals throughout your onboarding to accelerate your development.
• Progress towards independently managing discovery, negotiation, quoting and closing activities.
• Develop into a future mentor, supporting and coaching new Account Executives as the business grows.
