Job summary

Kings III Emergency Communications is seeking an Account Executive to own the Baton Rouge Territory. You will educate prospects on turnkey emergency monitoring and code-compliant video solutions, and aggressively build a pipeline through in-person and phone outreach.

The role requires at least 3 years of B2B sales, a high school diploma, and a proven ability to close deals. Uncapped commission, comprehensive training, and a supportive culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with property management clients is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate and inform prospect on Kings III’s emergency monitoring and video solutions.
• Prospect territory to create at least 30 new sale opportunities per month.
• Engage 20–25 prospects weekly through direct prospecting, partners, and events.
• Demonstrate self-sourced leads via in-field visits and calls.
• Spend 50%+ time on in-person prospecting through events, door knocking, and tradeshows.
• Drive end-to-end sales process from initial contact to close, maintaining momentum.
• Discipline to refine and repeat the sales process and grow industry knowledge.
