Job summary

Elevate is hiring approximately four Account Executives to launch a new Horse Racing League competition. The Account Executive will maximize ticket sales and premium hospitality revenue through new business development, account management, and event execution, including season tickets, group packages, and premium seating.

This is an in-office role based in Austin, TX, with some travel and attendance at events throughout the year.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional sales experience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive ticket sales, premium hospitality packages, and group sales.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with corporate partners.
• Attend events and support race-day operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in the CRM.
