Job summary

New York Racing Association seeks an Account Executive, Business Development, to grow our Premium Seating portfolio. You’ll drive prospecting, generate new business opportunities, and assist in executing the sales process for premium hospitality at Belmont Park and Saratoga.

Work closely with the Manager, Premium Sales & Hospitality to build a strong pipeline, coordinate client outreach, and deliver on-site execution for luxury suites, memberships, and other premium offerings during racing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or business development (premium or sports experience a plus).

Responsibilities

Support new business development by prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating sales opportunities for premium hospitality products.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through outreach, networking, and research.
Assist in the sales process, including coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting deal execution.
Move prospects through the sales funnel and close business with Manager guidance.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting support.
Provide on-site support during major racing events to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to support lead generation campaigns.
