Job summary

Caliber, a stakeholder intelligence company, is hiring for an Account Executive to manage a portfolio of clients and translate research into strategic insights.

You will work with senior advisors, participate in demos, and help build client reports while growing your own portfolio. This is a remote role based in the Boston area with US-team collaboration and English as the corporate language.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in market research or consumer/insights roles.
• Ability to synthesize research into findings; strong data analysis and storytelling; proficient in PowerPoint/Excel.
• Experience managing client relationships with internal or external stakeholders.
• Exceptionally organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines with ownership.
• Curious, analytical self-starter with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Client management: be the first point of contact for clients and track all items.
• Research operations: monitor fieldwork, set up questions, coordinate with research/data teams.
• Analysis & storytelling: turn stakeholder data into clear findings and client-ready decks.
• Client health & growth: monitor account health, flag risks, identify upsell opportunities.
• Client-facing delivery: lead demos, field questions, and contribute to client presentations.
