Caliber is seeking a Senior Account Executive to develop and execute creative media relations strategies, connecting internal teams with clients across financial services, fintech, insurtech, and proptech. You will nurture a journalist network and lead media outreach for client priorities in our focused industries.

You will work in a collaborative, mid-sized agency environment, handling multiple accounts and owning individual projects while contributing to a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum relevant experience in PR, fintech or related field.
• Intellectual curiosity about businesses and how strategic marketing communications plays a role in growth.
• Strong writer with passion for storytelling.
• Enthusiasm for fintech and financial services.
• Solutions oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Passionate communicator with great presentation skills.
• Team player, supportive and considerate of others.
• A student of the media – identifying new publications, writers and relevant topics.

Responsabilités

• Lead client calls and daily communication with clients via email and phone.
• Draft client press releases, corporate bios, media pitches, and other materials.
• Support senior team on accounts including measurement of results and media list development.
• Research reporters and build media lists across broadcast, online and print outlets.
• Develop pitches and story angles targeting journalists in B2B/B2C spaces with news hooks.
• Set and manage evolving deadlines as the connector between team and clients.
