This hunter role focuses on meeting monthly quotas by prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and closing deals, delivering T-Mobile products and services to underserved markets. You will analyze customer needs, tailor recommendations, and develop relationships while gaining skills to advance to the Account Executive, Business Sales track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (preferred).
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Sell wireless solutions and price plans to small businesses.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
• Report on sales activities and forecasts.
