Requirements
- Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
- Proven success in building key customer relationships, including with decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quotas.
- Native or professional fluency in Spanish; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes; ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision makers, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas.
- Ability to confidently build an outbound sales pipeline using various channels, including cold calls.
- High integrity and strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
- Understanding of company services and industry positioning.
- Ability to build trust with clients and act as an advisor.
- Capability to forecast sales and meet monthly targets.
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
- Remote work experience is not required but considered advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support client processes and experience.
