About the Role

Are you a high-performer who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential? We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join our fast-growing team and help drive adoption of our best-in-class SaaS platform across the insurance ecosystem.

You’ll be responsible for both net-new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, supported by a collaborative team and powerful marketing engine. This is a quota-carrying role for someone who knows how to build a pipeline, run a consultative sales process, and close with confidence.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across a defined territory or vertical
  • Target net-new logos while expanding relationships within assigned accounts
  • Partner with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive multi-threaded opportunities
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to insurance brokers, carriers, and MGAs
  • Strategically manage pipeline and forecast with precision in Salesforce
  • Contribute to a winning team culture by sharing insights, tactics, and wins
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or tech preferred) in a consultative, complex sales environment
  • Strong understanding of a value-based selling process—comfortable navigating pricing discussions and product depth
  • Clear, confident communicator and presenter—comfortable in front of C-level and operational buyers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed
