Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive on the Client Service Team, supporting clients with Local Search Marketing. The Account Executive role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with our clients by providing authentic & straightforward communications. As part of the role, you'll need to be able to thoroughly explain the mechanics and tactics that our digital marketing team deploys, with transparency and accountability, so clients are educated and confident in their local marketing strategy. Additionally, you’ll need to be able to deep dive performance, working through CRM platform data and excel to provide in-depth analysis to clients. Note, there are no “up sells” or marketing “packages” to sell; the service you provide is simple: communicate clearly and proactively with clients and build trust by providing compelling analysis on business performance. If you do this well, you will be successful in the role (success is measured by client retention).

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ Years of Instilling Trust & Building Client Relationships through Effective and Compelling Communications, both written and verbal (2+ Years in Client Service or Sales)
• 4+ Years of Professional Work Experience
• Strong Analytical Abilities
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Search Marketing Knowledge

Role Functions:

• Be the Heart of the Client Relationship, Responding to Client Communications Quickly, Professionally, and Effectively
• Ensure That Marketing & Communications Tasks are Routed Appropriately and Followed up on, Ensuring the Right Marketing Tactics Are Prioritized
• Form Relationships with Clients through Regularly Scheduled Performance & Strategy Meetings
• Communicate Marketing Tactics and Mechanics to Clients on Ad Hoc Basis as well as on regularly scheduled video meeting calls
• Communicate with Internal Teams to Ensure Clients Are Being Effectively Served, and on Time
• Monitor campaign performance and spending to ensure performance targets and budget are inline with expectations
• Provide deep-dive analysis on both a consistent and ad hoc basis to support clients’ performance
• Facilitate Client Setup and Operational Items to Ensure Client Success
• Run and Analyze Standard Client Reporting and Elevate Performance Issues

Compensation:

• $90k-$110k base salary per year
• Eligible for a discretionary bonus quarterly based on individual performance and firm performance
