Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Position: Account Executive

Location: Remote - Central or East Coast

Our client is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join their expanding team. As an experienced closer, you thrive on managing various sales cycles and delivering results. You possess a relentless drive for success, consistently surpassing your quota. As a collaborative team player, you’ll also contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies and provide guidance to junior reps and BDRs who support your efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee your sales pipeline, manage daily activities, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Exceed a quarterly sales target of $165K.
  • Understand customer pain points, demonstrate product value, and clearly differentiate our solutions from competitors. Conduct demos both virtually and in person to guide prospects through the sales journey.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for your region, working closely with sales leadership and operations.
  • Drive territory planning, build relationships, and support revenue growth while assisting other Account Executives in closing deals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role with quotas, ideally within a SaaS environment.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals individually and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across multiple platforms: in-person, phone, and email.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
