Job summary

Lucid Bots in Charlotte, NC is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to build pipeline from scratch and own deals end to end. You will execute outbound motion, convert meetings into real pipeline, and chase a revenue target with a hands-on, hunting mindset.

You will test messaging, qualify quickly, and push deals forward in a fast-growing robotic startup environment. Hybrid on-site presence is expected with strong growth and stock options.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with self-generated pipeline.
• Proven quota attainment in outbound-heavy roles.
• Ability to qualify quickly and move deals forward.
• Comfort with ambiguity and lack of a fixed playbook.
• Experience in hardware, SaaS, industrial, or field-ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify through outbound (cold outreach, LinkedIn/social, referrals, events, targeted accounts)
• Own the full cycle from first touch through negotiation and close
• Test messaging and ICP targeting; share what works so the playbook gets sharper
• Keep CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal progression
• Get curious about the product and what actually moves our buyers
