Enterprise Account Executive - Southern Region (Remote)

One Model is experiencing fast growth as a leading vendor in the growing people analytics space. We are seeking Account Executives to help drive our next stage of growth.

With customers and staff around the world, One Model offers a complete people analytics solution, including a cloud-hosted data warehousing platform and data visualization web app that enable companies to unlock the value of HR data and use it to drive decision-making.

The opportunity

As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll own complex enterprise deals from start to finish, working directly with HR, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers. Join a hungry, smart, and fast-moving team that values autonomy, creativity, and impact.

What you’ll work on
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities with a 4x funnel target.
  • Manage relationships with multiple influencers (technical individuals, business leaders, procurement, IT/security, and C-level executives) in complex sales to close new deals.
  • Identify and understand prospects' challenges and requirements, mapping them to the value and features of One Model.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates through CRM and team/management discussions.
  • Utilize new technologies and creative tactics to communicate with prospects.
  • Stay updated on trends and issues in HR technologies and people analytics.
  • Share expertise and best practices with colleagues.
  • Provide feedback to product management and marketing to enhance our products and create customer value.
About you
  • At least five years of B2B sales experience selling HR tech into large US-based enterprises.
  • A strong track record of winning new business and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial approach to customer acquisition and account management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and project management skills for leading complex sales processes.
  • Fluent in CRMs like Hubspot and adept with sales tools.
  • A problem solver capable of multitasking and managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience selling HCM, HR software, or Analytics/BI solutions.
  • Existing relationships in target markets, such as large enterprise HR leaders and analytics teams, are assets.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
  • Willing to travel within the US for up to 25% of the time.
  • Work with urgency, maintain a positive attitude, and be proactive in making things happen.
