Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is representing a high-impact Account Executive who will hunt and close new business in regulated industries such as healthcare, defense, aerospace, and logistics. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closure, with a focus on long-cycle, solution-based deals and deep stakeholder engagement.

The role offers an OTE of $150,000–$175,000 with uncapped commissions, and a base salary of $70,000–$100,000, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new business development within complex, solution-based sales environments.
• Track record of managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
• Experience engaging both technical and commercial audiences in regulated, industrial or enterprise settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach through to deal closure and handoff.
• Lead discovery, solution development, proposal creation, pricing, and negotiation.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, and commercial teams to develop winning solutions.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Represent the organization at industry events and targeted business development initiatives.
