Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Account Executive for our Real Estate team to build relationships, manage renewals, and generate new business opportunities. The role involves handling inquiries and mid-term adjustments, with a focus on providing guidance to clients on insurance needs.

Initial training is provided with a transition to a hybrid work pattern after the onboarding period. Candidates with customer service or sales backgrounds who are motivated to develop a long-term career in insurance are

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or office environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, eager to learn and build a long-term career.
• Comfortable working toward targets and bonuses.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional and confident in dealing with customers.
• Insurance experience is beneficial but not required.
• CII qualifications advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage insurance renewals and retain existing business.
• Generate new business opportunities through warm leads and client referrals.
• Handle inbound inquiries, mid-term adjustments and cancellations.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding their insurance requirements.
• Work closely with freeholders, directors and Right to Manage companies.
• Ensure all activity is completed accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to both individual and team targets.
